Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom-made goods such as custom kitchens or vanities cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. The item can be returned only in its original packaging.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale cannot be refunded.
Of course, we would replace items if they were defective or damaged upon arrival. If you find any problem with the delivery, contact your sales representative or send us an email at email@example.com.
Customers are generally responsible for paying for most returning items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
